Founded by Ross Blankenship while he was an undergraduate at Cornell University, Top Test Prep has expanded its private tutoring and admissions counseling to many cities across America. Top Test Prep’s core programs were established by admissions consultants and private tutors from schools like Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Berkeley, MIT, Columbia, Georgetown, Brown, Penn and Cornell.
