Three Resources for Online Tutoring
Even with the one-on-one personal tutoring experience you find at Top Test Prep, students are also encouraged to do additional work at home. There are three resources we recommend when looking for extra places to keep up the studying.
StudyBlue – This is a great site where you can create flash cards. You can create them for anything you are looking to work on, vocabulary words, math problems, or analogies. The best part is they have an app so you can take your flashcards wherever you go.
Basecamp – This is an online project management site. It boasts a bevy of amazing features that add to the tutoring experience. The best feature for studying online or on one’s own is the ability to access resource files at anytime. These are files filled with materials accumulated over time with extra exams and questions and other tips and tricks. It is exclusive to tutoring with Top Test Prep!
Quizlet – This is also a flash card site, but in addition to making your own cards, you can use sets of cards others have created. There are pre-made flashcards for common standardized tests such as the SAT, ACT, and AP tests, all the way to flashcards for the MCAT and LSAT.
These are a few places you can look to online to study on your own in addition to working with a great tutor. If you are looking to expand your test prep experience call Top Test Prep at 1 (800) 501-7737.
